nutella bliss balls

Nutella bliss balls

Nutella bliss balls are an amazing dessert you can snack on after dinner or in-between meals. To make them you will first need to make the Nutella milk as they use the leftover nut pulp (the link to the recipe below).

Those bliss balls use just a few ingredients and are very, very simple, and quick to make. They are not only full of flavors but also are healthy and can be enjoyed on a daily basis.

Makes: 16-20 bliss balls               Time: 10 min + 15 min soaking

Ingredients:

Bliss balls:
around 250 g nut pulp from making the ‘nutella milk’
130 g (6 pcs) pitted medjool dates
6 g (1 Tbsp) cocoa powder

Toppings:
dehydrated raspberries
coconut flakes
grounded nuts
cocoa powder etc.

Instructions:

1. Soak the dates in hot water for about 15 minutes.

2. In the bowl place all the ingredients and mix well with your hands (squeeze the dates, so they fall apart). You can also use a food processor for that.

3. Form the balls and roll them in the toppings of your choice. Store in the fridge for max a few days.

Notes and tips:

1. Use soft dates, to avoid the need to use the food processor.
