2 Tbsp peanut butter
3 medjool dates
150 g fresh/frozen mixed berries
Notes and tips:
1. Make sure you use 100 % peanut butter without added oil etc.
2. To boost the protein content you can add some peanut-butter powder or your favorite plant-based protein powder.
3. You can use home-cooked white beans or use ones from the jar/can.
