What is so special about this one, you ask? There are plenty of vegan mac and cheese recipes out there after all. I am sure they are all pretty tasty, but this one is allergen-friendly, does not require any special equipment (yes, I am talking to you proud pot-owners, with no high speed blender at hand!), and the longest from this recipe is cooking the pasta itself.
I tried to make is as friendly as possible for people with allergies so it’s gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free. On top of it all, it’s crazy easy to make and there is no blender needed.
