150 g (1 small) red onion
2 garlic cloves
200 g natural tofu
6 g (2 Tbsp) nutritional yeast
150 ml of water
3 g (1 tsp) sweet paprika powder
pinch of turmeric
2-4 g (½ -1 tsp) Kala Namak salt
8 cherry tomatoes
2 thick slices of wholegrain bread (use gluten-free if GF)
