Wholesale Terms & Contract

Welcome! We are always excited to find retailers and event coordinators/designers who are as passionate about helping the environment as we are! There are many reasons you may want to consider partnering with ReShape.

  • Be able to offer your customers and clients high quality, truly handmade, vegan and eco-friendly products made in Berlin, Germany.
  • Detailed ReShape. bio/information pdf about our brand and products to be able to confidently represent ReShape. and relate the difference in our products to your customers and clients.
  • Ability to customize existing lines to perfectly complement your store and your brand.

If you are interested in carrying ReShape. products in your shop, please contact wholesale@reshape-official.com . Make sure you provide your store name, tax number, store location, website and buyer contact info.

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices in the catalogue are listed in euro. All interested retailers will receive wholesale trade pricing. The cost of shipping depends on the size of the order. Due to the nature of the materials we work with, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

The recommended retail price of our products (the “RRP”) is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell our products without our express prior permission in writing. You may sell our products for a price in excess of the RRP, but you are not permitted in any circumstances to sell any products for less than the RRP without our express prior written permission.

OPENING ORDERS:

A minimum order of 100 €  is required for opening orders, plus shipping. Initial orders must be paid in full with credit card or PayPal before you will be put on the production schedule.

Custom designs are available with pricing dependent on the scope of the project. Please contact wholesale@reshape-official.com to inquire.

REORDERS:

There is a minimum re-order amount of 50 €  plus shipping, reorders must be paid in full with credit card or PayPal before you will be put on the production schedule unless agreed differently.

CANCELATION:

Orders below 1000€ can be canceled up to two days before shipping date. Cancelation fee is 50% of your order, the other 50% will be transffered back to your account within 5 working days.

Orders over 1000€ cannot be canceled once the production is started.

Custom designs need to be paid for before you will be put on the production schedule and cannot be canceled once the production is started.

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

FABRICATION & LEAD TIME:

Once your payment is received you will be contacted to confirm the details and be given an estimated ship date. We do everything we can to provide you with an accurate estimate. The usual lead time for wholesale orders is 2 days-5 days, with larger orders taking longer to fulfill. Orders placed during busy seasons are also likely to have longer lead times. 

We may also, at times, have items in stock that can ship very quickly or we may be able to rush your order if the production schedule allows. Rush orders may require an additional processing fee.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

All orders are shipped via delivery company like DHL, Hermes etc. shipping from Berlin, Germany. International orders are subject to various customs restrictions and may have different shipping requirements. Retailer is responsible for all shipping, duty fees and taxes that may occur.

If you are based in Berlin, it is possible to pickup the order with no additional costs or have the order brought to you which may require an additional fee. We deliver our orders in person around Berlin via bike or public transportation.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact wholesale@reshape-official. within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Note that this says, “within five days of receipt” NOT “within five days of opening”. This means that if you receive your order, but do not open it for six days and it is damaged, you will not be able to return it. Please keep all packaging, including packaging materials, even if damaged, while we process your return. Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise if unable to be repaired. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting us to report damage or defects as outlined above. Retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Your wholesale order is made for your boutique once it is ordered, therefore merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above. 

PACKAGING:

All orders come in eco-friendly packaging: recycled or reused paper and paper boxes sealed with paper tape.

HANDMADE VARIABILITY:

Due to the handmade nature of our fabrication process and the natural materials we use in our designs, no two items will ever be exactly the same.

MISREPRESENTATION:

Retailers are not permitted, under any circumstance, to display and/or sell our designs, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labeling provided and/or to represent themselves or any other entity as the creator and/or designer of our products, in whole or in part unless agreed diferently.

It is illegal to provide misleading, false or fraudulent information to establish a wholesale relationship and receive discounted prices for anything other than resale purposes.

All terms are negotiable upon request, and if needed, a separate contract will be created for them.
